A native of Richmond, Coach Nease played high school lacrosse at the Collegiate School. He played collegiately at the U. S. Naval Academy from which he graduated in 1992. He coached as a graduate assistant at the U.S. Naval Academy, and as an assistant at the Naval Academy Prep School.  He has coached high school lacrosse at Collegiate and Trinity Episcopal ('20-present).

Hailing from Hicksville, NY, Coach Daly played collegiately at Molloy College where he was a two-time Team Captain, two-time Academic All-Conference, and a three-time All-NYCAC player.  He previously assisted at Guilford College, Randolph-Macon College.  He has coached at Deep Run and Trinity Episcopal School ('20-present).
